Ancora Imparo, I’m Still Learning

Michelangelo once wrote in his sketchbook, “Ancora Imparo” meaning “I’m still learning.” While you might not be surprised with this renaissance man’s sentiment, you may be surprised to know that he was 87 at the time. I believe that investing in learning and development is essential because, like Michelangelo, learning isn’t something that’s ever completed. After all, shouldn’t we all be continually learning?
