I am a leadership and organizational development executive assisting organizations and individuals develop solutions to the challenges that prevent them from achieving top performance and long-term success.

Experience

• I’ve held OD and L&D positions with the Church Pension Group, Guardian Life, Sony Music, and NYU Medical Center.
• I serve as an adjunct professor at Medgar Evers College, Fairfield University, and CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Specialties & Education

• I specialize in organizational and leadership development and diversity and inclusion. My experience and industry research contributed to my doctoral dissertation which looked at the impact of career development opportunities on employee engagement
• I earned a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Management from Iona College, an MS in HR Management from New School University, and an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

I Believe in Giving Back

I volunteer with Delta Sigma Theta sorority, and I am a proud member of The Links, Incorporated, whose mission is to enrich the lives of others. I serve as an advisory board member of Lois Bronz Children’s Center, a nonprofit committed to creating a safe and nurturing educational center for children. I am on the D&I Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association, whose goal is to heighten awareness of Alzheimer’s in communities of color.
